Yes, we get it, some medications have a lot of side effects. Some of them cause really horrible things like diarrhea and migraines and oddly-colored discharge and cramping and sweating and POSSIBLY DEATH.

“Oh my God, some of these symptoms are worse than the condition I’m taking the medicine for!!!!” Yuck, yuck, yuck.

Yes, bad things happen when you introduce a bunch of synthetic checmicals into the human body. We get the point. And we’ve gotten it from no less than 100 different stand-up comedians who have been doing that same set of jokes since the mid-90’s. So, if you have nothing funnier or more interesting to say about the subject, please write some new material.

I love Seinfeld as much as the next guy - assuming that the next guy is someone who really loves Seinfeld - but can we quit with the Soup Nazi already?

First of all, “No Soup For You” is about the 27th funniest phrase from that brilliant show. Second of all, that episode appeared 15 years ago. It shouldn’t still be that funny - especially since Seinfeld reruns occupy the majority of every TV station’s broadcast day. Third of all, wearing clothing with funny TV or movie quotes doesn’t mean you’re funny all of the sudden. It’s not like the funniness magically seeps off the shirt and into your pores. You don’t get credit for funny stuff just because you have it written on a t-shirt.

Lastly, the actor that played the Soup Nazi has also played a Saddam Hussein lookalike in Arrested Development, and Osama bin Laden in another movie. Nazi. Saddam Hussein. Osama bin Laden. So, if you own this shirt, the real question is this: Why do you hate the troops?

Who knew that “Pop Goes the Weasel” could be mined for so much unfunny gold? Oh, everyone. Right. We here at TIF have posted these comics which have been running all week, but we have a feeling Crankshaft may be planning to keep this runner going longer.

On a sidenote, does this seem like the least efficient ice cream truck in the world? The cab is separated from the back, which means this old guy is going to have to get out of the truck, walk around back and open the door every single time a kid comes running by. And what kind of parents are letting their kids approach the back of a white truck driven by a lonely old man in order to get some ice cream?
